Naval Arcade Bot Setup & Operation
Everything you need to configure War Thunder and start the bot cleanly from the hangar. Follow these steps once during initial setup.
System Prerequisites
- ✓ OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
- ✓ GPU: Dedicated NVIDIA or AMD GPU recommended for real-time neural vision inference.
-
✓
Run Mode: Run the provided standalone
WT_Supervisor.exedirectly (no Python installation required).
War Thunder Graphics Settings
Because the bot operates strictly out-of-process via desktop screen capture (avoiding any game memory injection), War Thunder must not be running in exclusive fullscreen:
Enable Game Telemetry API
War Thunder has an official built-in web diagnostic feed that outputs vehicle speed, heading, and distance to localhost. This allows WT Supervisor to read combat metrics without injecting into game files:
- Close War Thunder completely.
- Navigate to your War Thunder game installation folder (e.g.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\War Thunder\). - Open the file named
config.blkusing Notepad. - Confirm or add the following line under the root section:
localAirInfoHttpEnabled:b=yes
- Save and close the file.
http://localhost:8111. It should display the live telemetry page.
Starting the Bot from the Hangar
Follow this sequence whenever launching your grinding session:
Open War Thunder to the main Hangar. Make sure your naval vehicle lineup is selected and the game mode is set to Naval Arcade Battles.
Run WT_Supervisor.exe. The companion UI panel will appear on your desktop with live status indicators.
With War Thunder in the hangar, simply press F9 (or click ▶ RESUME on the supervisor panel).
The bot automatically detects the hangar, clicks "To Battle!", joins the match queue, spawns into battle, and seamlessly transitions into optical target acquisition and continuous aim tracking.
Hotkeys & Emergency Controls
Instantly resumes or pauses bot inputs and target sweeps. Use this if you want to take manual control of your ship at any time.
Immediate killswitch. Immediately releases all keyboard and mouse simulation and suspends the decision loop.
